Data policy for job applicants

We collect your details (name, contact, answers and CV) only to review your job application; we do not use them for marketing or share them outside the hiring team.

We keep an application's data for 12 months from its last update, then delete it, unless you are hired and it moves to your staff file.

CVs and files are stored privately and opened only by the hiring team concerned.

You can ask to correct or delete your data at any time by email to info@aurixxa.com with your application number.
